Job Title: Business Analyst

Experience: 3-7 Years

Location: Gurgaon

Notice Period-Immediate to 30days

What will you do?

• Support and align efforts to meet customer business needs as a part of software delivery.
• Work with senior team members to present product capabilities to customers and partners.
• Participate in requirements elicitation.
• Conduct JAD sessions
• Document customer requirements
• Convert/review requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for application development and testing.
• Configure product to map customer use cases.
• Create test scenarios and test cases to map coverage of the application functionality to documented use cases.
• Support team in developing product and customer knowledge base
• Support pre-sales efforts to acquire new customers and projects.

What do I need to succeed?

· Must have:

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
• A certification in Business Analysis and/or Testing
• Domain knowledge of banking and financial institutions and/or large enterprise IT environment
• A basic knowledge of cloud concepts is desirable.
• Multiple years of experience working with customers and partners
• Act as Product Owner. Must be well versed with the Agile Scrum framework and other Agile frameworks.
• Should have experience in creating Product Backlog, EPIC, User stories and Task.
• Should be able to perform requirements analysis and knowledge of creating BRD, SRS and FDD and other related docs.

Pay: $54,800.45 - $119,670.94 per year
