Alpharetta, GA or Orlando, FL - Hybrid 1-2 days a week in office

Project Manager role focused on enhancing data transparency for freight payment data (i.e. transport modes - air, sea, and ground):

(We are looking for a person who can sort and clean data, create and upload to a tool (Power BI, Tableau, ect) so that commodity managers can take action and drive the business accordingly. )

Job Title: Project Manager (Freight Data Transparency)

Duration: 8-12 months (temporary assignment)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional team of 8 Client employees.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Identify sources related to freight payment data

• Develop a comprehensive project plan, including milestones and deliverables.
• Implement strategies to improve data accuracy, accessibility, and visibility.
• Oversee data collection, validation, and integration efforts.
• Work closely with IT teams/ relevant resources to enhance data systems and reporting tools.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and address any roadblocks.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Regularly communicate project updates to senior management (steering committee).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Data analytics: 8 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PMP (Preferred)
