Currently, we are seeking an IT Support Professional III person to join our Team! This position will work with COMSO’s Managed Service Provider, Cispoint.

Must Have:

• BS degree with a focus in Information Technology or compensating experience
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft 365
• Solid knowledge of printing and scanning in a networked environment.
• Solid knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Windows Server, Azure AD
• Solid knowledge of Email Systems - Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365
• Documented employment with an MSP
• CompTIA certification(s)
• Microsoft certification(s)

• Ability to pass a background check
• US Citizen - Due to our customer's compliance requirements
• Ability to rapidly learn and retain new information
• Excellent writing, documentation, and speaking skill
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Travel to client sites on a regular basis and maintain reliable transportation
• Pass an agility test
• Proficient typing skills
• Reliable transportation

Education and Experience:

• BS degree with a focus in Information Technology or compensating experience
