We are interested in applicants who are seeking a career in a fast-growing industry with a stable company.
As an Assistant or Store Manager for Comserve, you will manage a team of Sales Consultants and day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will greet customers in our stores, ascertain individual guest needs and make recommendations based on their specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet store sales goals by coaching, mentoring, and developing Sales Consultants to achieve.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting weekly staff performance reviews
  • Developing new personal and business accounts
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Enforcing compliance with operations and sales standards
  • Daily and weekly inventory control over all store products and transactions
  • Schedule and manage employee Sales Consultant hours
  • Responsible for overall operation and cleanliness of retail store location
  • Maintaining professional and technological knowledge of cutting edge technology

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher
  • Minimum 1 year of sales management or relevant experience; wireless retail management experience preferred
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Very organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to work the varied hours of retail including evenings, weekends, and holidays
