About Computershare Governance Services

Today’s Governance professionals are under mounting pressure to deal with increasing corporate compliance, governance, and reporting requirements, and as a result they are looking for partners who can provide a full suite of governance and corporate secretarial services across the globe.

In response to this and feedback from our clients, we have established a team of client success and software support specialists in Shelton who will provide Computershare clients with the support, partnership and consulting services to complement our existing Computershare Governance Services (CGS) technology solutions.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates at all levels who can bring a consultative, agile and high-quality approach to their work as they support our valued customers. We are also looking for candidates who would enjoy working with a variety of large client organizations and who want to develop their professional skills across a broader range of competencies such as leadership, business management, relationship management, project management and consulting.

In terms of qualifications we are looking for experienced client success and/or software support professionals with a BA/BS in related subject matters. Previous exposure to corporate governance is a plus but not required. 

All interested candidates must have the drive and enthusiasm to pursue a career within professional services and to develop a wide range of knowledge, skills and experience.
