Summary:

CEI’s client in the retail sector is seeking a skilled Full Cycle HR Recruiter.

Job at a glance:

· Onsite in Greenville, South Carolina

· Contract Role

· Pay Range: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Identify staffing needs: Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop recruitment strategies: Utilize various sourcing channels (online job boards, social media, professional networks) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Create compelling job descriptions: Craft clear and concise descriptions that accurately reflect the position and company culture.
  • Source and screen candidates: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Engage with candidates: Maintain open communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Conduct interviews: Utilize various interview formats (phone, video, in-person) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate candidates: Analyze interview performance, reference checks, and any assessments to identify top talent.
  • Present candidates to hiring managers: Recommend best-fit candidates and advocate for their qualifications.
  • Engage with candidates: Maintain open communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Conduct interviews: Utilize various interview formats (phone, video, in-person) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate candidates: Analyze interview performance, reference checks, and any assessments to identify top talent.
  • Present candidates to hiring managers: Recommend best-fit candidates and advocate for their qualifications.
  • Maintain recruitment records: Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of all recruitment activities.
  • Stay informed on employment laws and regulations: Adhere to all relevant anti-discrimination and equal opportunity hiring practices.
  • Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Efficiently manage the recruitment process through technology platforms.
  • Report on recruitment metrics: Analyze and track key metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships: Network with potential candidates, hiring managers, and industry professionals.
  • Promote employer branding: Contribute to initiatives that attract and engage top talent.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Continuously learn about new recruitment best practices and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Project management skills and relationship skills being able to interface with managers and candidates across all levels.
  • Must have 5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, team collaboration, and ability to be flexible.
  • Periodically need to travel to recruiting events local, regionally, and out of state.
  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Human Resources Management or MBA with HR specialization.
  • Professional certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certifications demonstrate commitment to the field and knowledge of best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at explaining complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Sourcing and Screening: Skilled in using various sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to identify and assess potential candidates.
  • Interviewing: Proficient in conducting different interview formats, asking insightful questions, and evaluating candidate responses effectively.
  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate salary and benefits packages to reach mutually agreeable terms with candidates.
  • Organization and Time Management: Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems related to the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
  • Technology: Proficient in using relevant HR technologies and software applications.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret recruitment data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cultural Competency: Understanding and appreciation of diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
