* Please note that this position works in our Fort Collins, Colorado office and is not a work from home position.

We are a well-established, reputable IT provider specific to the dental industry with locations and customers across the country. We are looking for a customer service-oriented person to schedule our IT technicians in several areas around the country. This person will also be accountable for other tasks as assigned including but not limited to answering telephones and creating support tickets for our our telephone support team.

This can be a very busy position. Experience and knowledge of the interworking's of dental offices is a plus but not required, but an outgoing personality and the ability to create and maintain positive relationships with our customers is! Previous experience working in an IT company and/or a dental office would also be helpful. * This would also be a great position for someone with a cybersecurity background, cybersecurity training or college level cybersecurity classes.

- MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and Google Sheets

- Familiarity with IT Operations

- Previous experience working in a dental office

- Knowledge of Cybersecurity tools

This position is Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM. With weekends and paid major holidays off.
