This is an entry level, apprenticeship opportunity for candidates looking to take their assembly careers to the next level.

Shift:
1st Shift - Monday through Friday - 6:00 am until 2:30 pm.

Pay:

• Regular opportunities for pay increases every 6 months.

Job Details:
As an apprentice, you'll engage in various manual manufacturing tasks including filing, bending, brazing, polishing, and more. Some intricate work may require the use of a microscope. Additionally, you'll operate machinery for tasks such as belting, grinding, and drilling, and utilize measurement instruments like micrometers and calipers.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable team player committed to showing up on time every day.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed while prioritizing safety.
• Attention to detail is paramount.
• Previous experience in related fields like Gunsmith, Jeweler, Watchmaker, Seamstress, or some Avionics is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Completion of drafting courses or involvement in hobbies like model building is a plus.
• Proficiency in utilizing specialized measurement devices and hand tools to craft instruments to specifications.

Environment and Dress Code:
Apprentices will work in the Training Cell where precision and skill growth are emphasized. Workstations come equipped with microscopes for detailed tasks. Candidates must possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to match visual examples for finished products. Safety glasses are provided and must be worn when operating equipment. The role may require prolonged standing and/or sitting. Standard warehouse attire is expected, with no shorts or open-toe shoes allowed.
