; Responsibilities Provides in-depth technical expertise and guidance for ALMCreates, manages and maintains the ALM target architectureProvides technical and project support for ALM, SailPoint IdentityIQLeads and supports all ALM and SailPoint IdentityIQ development, testing, integration, migration and execution activities and initiativesProvides innovative automation strategiesLeads and supports upgrades and enhancementsTracks and reports on enhancement requests from customer and stakeholder leadershipPerforms engineering and system administration for SailPoint IdentityIQ to ensure reliability, availability, and maintainability, to include scheduling, running, and tuning processes for the data interchange between external and internal systems, monitoring system interfaces and system performance, and performing troubleshooting tasks as problems with the environment occurDevelops and maintains repeatable processes for application integration into ALMDevelops a standardized application integration pattern for flat file applications, applications leveraging Java Database Connectivity (JDBC), applications using SailPoint connectors, custom connectorsDevelops, configures, and enhances workflowsIntegrates ALM with Component specific systems and incorporates existing and new Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (CDM) requirements into ISB servicesSupports operations and maintenance of ALM, SailPoint IdentityIQPerforms health checks to ensure aggregations are successful; validates tasks are completed successfully, validates that all ALM infrastructure Components are up and runningSupports documentation requirements and requestsDefines gap analysis to address current state of capabilities and servicesLeverages technological innovations and industry best practices to provide solutions that contribute to increased operational efficiency

; Qualifications 6 8 years demonstrated experience providing expertise and support for complex IT and ICAM solutions and systems3 years of demonstrated expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQCertification from SailPoint of either a SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ ArchitectAbility to work independently, think strategically and proven diagnostic ability are criticalExecutive presence; excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills; proven influencing skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills
