Job Schedule The positions enjoy a 3 : 2 hybrid schedule, working Mondays through Wednesdays in the office, with Thursdays and Fridays remote.

Job Summary :
Unclaimed Property (UCP) , INAssistants ensure secure handling and competent processing of UCP client information and data, along with Client payment reissuements.
These one-year assignments reside in North America Financial Operations, as part of the AP Compliance Team located in the Richmond Indiana Operations Center.
Job Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the AP Compliance Team s supervisor, in conjunction with the Escheatment Lead, incumbents will provide a range of general services in support of UCP activities with duties that include :
Data cleanup and ongoing data maintenance.
Assisting with preparation of due diligence letters.
Developing strong relationships with vendor contacts.
Responding to inquiries received via phone and email from customers of all levels, in a friendly and respectful way.
Entering payment vouchers.

Special consideration given to those with previous unclaimed property / escheatment experience.
