We are currently seeking a highly proficient and experienced healthcare Manager to join our vibrant team. This pivotal role revolves around facilitating the remote training, development, and management of dental/clinical assistants across various locations nationwide. We seek an individual with strong problem-solving abilities, a penchant for process improvement, and a genuine passion for leadership and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that field staff members are adequately prepared to meet the demands of their roles.
• Very occasional travel as needed to meet new dental/clinical assistants and support them in their onboarding.
• Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of dental/clinical assistants.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in health staff management
• A heartfelt commitment to enhancing healthcare services for elderly individuals.
• Communication skills coupled with strong leadership capabilities.
