Description

CMHS is seeking a Qualified PBS Clinician to work per diem to assist with implementation and oversight of Positive Behavior Supports.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in development of organization's PBS Action Plan 
• Assist in ensuring All Tiers of PBS are implemented
• Assist in development and monitoring of Positive Behavior Support Plans, (PBSPs)
• Assist in training of Agency staff in principles of PBS and individual PBSPs
• Participate in required PBS Leadership and Multi-tiered Team Meetings as needed

Requirements

 Qualifications:  

Be currently licensed in Massachusetts as one of the following:

• Psychologist
• Clinical Social Worker
• Applied Behavior Analysis
• Master's or Doctorate level Speech Pathologist
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor

• Training and experience in Positive Behavior Supports including function based behavioral assessment and treatment and multi-tiered systems of support
• Five years clinical experience in treatment of individuals with development disabilities
