We are looking for self motivated, energetic Kitter/Router General Labor Operator, with a track record of unparalleled professionalism, integrity, and loyalty to join our phenomenal team in the industrial plant located in Watertown, SD. As a Kitter/Router General Labor Operator, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Operating on a stand-up PIV’s - for loading, unloading, and moving materials to and from storage areas and loading docks
• Kitting – fill orders with parts into kits
• Hot Parts – ensuring urgent parts get to our customer
• Able to learn multiple job skills
• Prepare products and materials for shipment
• Shipping and receiving tasks, including picking and packing of products
• Load, unload, and stage products and materials
• Track and record units of materials handled
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Able to lift up to 35lbs.
• Familiarity with pallet jack, forklift, or other industrial vehicles
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic, Dependable
• Able to work overtime as needed
• People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
• Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
• Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
• Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail
• Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction
• Self-motivated, energetic, and not afraid of heights.

10 Hour Shift

• Day shift – 6AM – 4:30PM

• Monday - Thursday - Regular Schedule
• Some Overtime – Fridays
