We are currently looking for a Cycle Counter for our 3rd shift operations in Crandall, GA

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing policies and procedures for inventory control, managing, and overseeing cycle counting policies and periodic physical inventory audits, and educating and training the team on inventory practices. Specifically, the responsibilities of this position as a Cycle Count Supervisor for 3rd shift include:

• Assist with training
• Monitor material movement
• Manage group of Cycle Count associates (time, attendance, etc.) and organize growth/ development of team members
• Communicate operations concerns, and achievements at the end of each shift
• Assist Shipping in the creation of loads and notifications of shipments to customers
• Monitor, and evaluate the performance of team members
• Perform Layered Process Audits daily
• Manage cycle counting process to ensure all locations are verified within 60 days
• Conduct and report on inventory cycle counts; create inventory reports if needed
• Investigate system transactions and camera clips on parts put in Inver during cycle count process
• Approval and monitoring of time sheets daily and weekly
• Problem solving that drives company’s “continuous improvement” process and policies.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the leadership group

POSTION REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience managing an inventory team or prior lead/supervisory skills.
• Excellent leadership ability.
• Proven Organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to details.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving ability and strong strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training in inventory management including, overseeing large, fast-moving inventory and audit procedures; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skilled in Microsoft office suites
