The Training Manager will implement, lead, and oversee training programs that will aid everyone in transition, due to SOP, technology changes and Project needs. The Training Manager is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of all Training Programs through assessment and feedback methods. He/ She is responsible for ensuring that everyone receives training and development in a healthy working environment. The Training Manager will also implement and maintain programs/ procedures that are essential to achieve company goals and meet project requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Exceptional experience in Tracking System, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word
  • Maintain compliance requirements and Project regulations, as it relates to record keeping and files.
  • Analyze data and metrics to determine which training program accommodates which dept's needs.
  • Operate as a catalyst for Best Practices training between different department Managers.
  • Provide, conduct Instructional, Public speaking and Power Point Presentations
  • Weekly, Monthly reports with heavy use of Excel for tracking purposes.
  • Participate in meetings and audits in person, via phone, or E Platform methods.
  • Maintain a positive rapport with all levels of Management team.
  • Stay current on new training technology and trends.
  • Review, Create new training methods.
  • Present accurate information and respond in a concise and timely manner.
  • Support the Recruiting Manger/Dept, as it relates to Orientation and Dept Organization
  • Manage the training supplies, materials, and budget allotment.
  • Bridge the gap between Managers and staff by developing tailored training solutions and establishing innovative delivery methods for training.
  • Other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Management, Education, or related field.
  • Experience deployed /working in an austere environment working with diverse nationalities.
  • Requires minimum 5 years of experience as a Trainer 2 years of supervisory.
  • Workday Knowledge preferred.
  • Experience fostering relationships with Managers of diverse cultures to ensure each departmental need are met.
  • Thorough understanding of HR Best training practices
  • Ability to plan, manage time and multitask effectively.
  • Supportive collaborator
