The Training Manager will implement, lead, and oversee training programs that will aid everyone in transition, due to SOP, technology changes and Project needs. The Training Manager is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of all Training Programs through assessment and feedback methods. He/ She is responsible for ensuring that everyone receives training and development in a healthy working environment. The Training Manager will also implement and maintain programs/ procedures that are essential to achieve company goals and meet project requirements.
