Summary

CES is seeking an HVAC Field Project Supervisor who will be responsible for the efficient management and coordination of designated HVAC mechanical projects.

Essential Duties

• Expedite installation of new HVAC systems.
• Assists management and sales staff with obtaining information to replace equipment.
• Develops project plans for clients and staff.
• Delegates project tasks to teams best suited to complete them.
• Create the teams and develop the objectives/goals of each assigned individuals' responsibilities.
• Leads and communicates with all team members, subcontractors and vendors for completion of projects.
• Serves as point of contact for customers, subcontractors and vendors for onsite project supervision.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• The employee must be able to perform all duties noted under the conditions and circumstances in the extreme weather found in Florida.
• Local and occasional out of town travel within Florida is required.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

• Graduation from high school, vocational school, or training equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in HVAC or other related fields.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to develop relationships.
• Ability to operate independently and autonomously.
• Position requires the ability to work nights, overtime, or rotating schedule on an as needed basis.

Licenses/Certifications

• Valid Florida driver's license is required.

• Incumbent must be insurable at all times by CES carrier.
