We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems (Cerner, eClinicalWorks)
- Perform basic life support procedures and assist with airway management
- Assist with behavioral health interventions and provide support to patients with mental health conditions
- Provide specialized care for seniors, including geriatric assessments and senior care management
- Perform pediatric nursing duties, including administering vaccinations, monitoring growth and development, and providing age-appropriate care
- Conduct spinal taps under the supervision of a physician
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards, including ICD-10 coding

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in [state]
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Experience in behavioral health or senior care is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (Cerner, eClinicalWorks)
