Professional Development Specialist

Are you an administrative professional that loves supporting a great mission in early childhood education? Are you organized? Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills? If so, 4C for Children may be the perfect place for you!

As a Professional Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support our training team. You will have a huge impact on children’s lives by assisting our trainers create materials to help early childhood teachers. Additionally, you will assist with tracking and compliance.

We are looking for talented people with:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field), OR 3-5 years' experience working in early childhood education preferably in training.
Strong experience with MS Office suite
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in state requirements, guidelines, work processes, etc.
This role will require a current driver’s license, automobile insurance, access to a reliable automobile, and the ability to safely lift and/or transport up to 25 pounds.
