Compound Planning is hiring a Growth and Revenue Operations associate to join the team. This individual will own the top of funnel engine and process for a high growth startup and report directly to the co-founder of the business.

What you’ll do

• Create and manage targeting lists of qualified financial advisors

• In partnership with founders, define and execute strategy to maximize qualified meetings for recruiting team

• Support marketing operations in scaling end client engagement

• Measure the success of programs and optimize to increase the output of the system

• Continually improve system into a scalable and repeatable process

What Success Looks Like

• Sequencing 700 contacts/week

• Consistently exceeding 15 qualified meetings/month from outreach efforts

• Make system repeatable and scalable to create additional capacity

Competencies and Skills

• Ability to source and sequence a large number of leads

• Ability to adapt to a changing tech stack

• Comfort working in spreadsheets and/or databases

• Use of email and LinkedIn automation tools

• Use of multiple data sources, including Discovery Data, LinkedIn, and activity history

Compensation

Base compensation for this role starts at $80,000. Full compensation package includes employee equity options, health insurance, and access to a 401k.
