Composite Motors is Hiring an Engineering Documentation Specialist Near Brooksville, FL
- Coordinate and participate in all aspects of Design and Development process flow.
- Utilize the engineering processes or create new ones for compliance with various ISO standards including 13485.
- Manage and coordinate completion of all design and development documentation such as: Specification Documents, Design Plans, Risk Mitigations (DFMEA, PFMEA), Change Control, Process Flow Charts, Control Plans, Verifications, Validations, SPC, Other customer required documentation.
- Assure documentation is accurate, complete, updated and stored appropriately for retrieval.
- Maintain revision control on all documentation.
- Prepare the Engineering team for Customer and Third-Party auditing.
- Assist the Engineering team in creating change requests.
- Utilize ERP system to input data such as BOM.
- Assure communication to cross functional teams is performed.
- Coordinate required training for Engineering team.
- Aid in establishing KPI for the Engineering team.
- Provide updates and progress reports to Management.
- Engineering background preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO Design and Development requirements.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
