COMPONENT ENGINEERS INC is Hiring a Second Shift CNC Operator Near Wallingford, CT
A growing Central CT ISO and ITAR certified Class A die house, with expanding metal stamping and CNC machining operations, has an immediate opening for a second shift CNC Operator. Hours include Monday through Friday 4:00 pm to 12:00 pm with overtime to be worked as needed to satisfy expanding operating requirements and other needs.
Ideal candidate must be able to run a CNC Lathe, Mill, or Wire EDM machine. He/She must be able to deburr parts, perform basic inspection, and fill out all appropriate paperwork.
The candidate must have knowledge of the following duties, but not limited too:
- To be able to operate CNC Lathe, Mill, or Wire EDM Machines safely;
- To be able to fill out all appropriate paperwork;
- To understand jobs and follow instructions;
- To do basic machine Maintenance;
- To perform basic inspection; and
- To be able to deburr parts as needed.
