SALES EXECUTIVE

Summary:
At Complex Security Solutions, we are on a mission to revolutionize our Managed IT Services
Division, and to achieve this, we need more than just a Sales Executive - we need a visionary builder. We are seeking an extraordinary individual with 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in the IT or Managed Services domain, who is not just adept at selling but passionate about crafting and nurturing a business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

● Aggressively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Managed IT

Services domain. Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively sell our vision and services.

● Proactively build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Utilize networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques to identify potential clients.

● Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure cohesive service delivery. Lead and inspire any team members within the division to achieve collective goals.
● Use strong communication and creative skills to demonstrate the value of our innovative security to customers while explaining our products and services in-depth and recommending the right solutions.

● Promote and increase sales with existing and new clients by marketing to new clients from internal leads, cold calls, and networking events, while also maintaining and growing the existing client base.

● Responsible for IT consultation, presentations, and proposals to clients and prospects.
● Learn about our products and be able to present them to end users.
● Accurately prepare detailed sales proposals.
● Accurately process projects/jobs. Follow the project from order entry to project close out.
● Remain current on all products, services, industry, and competitive trends. Attending all applicable training/meetings.
● Maintain excellent organization and attention to detail.
● Maintain excellent communication within the office.
● Independently maintain an organized schedule.
● Report sales progress in the Sales Tracking System.
● Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings and training. Be active in team and company chats.
● Responsible for thorough knowledge of all company functions and policies and adhere to company values.

Nice to have.
1. Industry Certifications: Possession of relevant industry certifications (such as in IT service management or sales methodologies) could be advantageous.
2. Advanced Degree: An MBA or a master's degree in a related field might provide deeper insights into business strategies and market dynamics.
3. Multilingual Abilities: Proficiency in multiple languages can be an asset in dealing with a diverse client base, especially in international markets.
4. Tech Background: A background in technology or hands-on experience in IT could facilitate a deeper understanding of the products and services offered.
5. Strong Public Speaking Skills: Exceptional public speaking abilities can be beneficial for presentations, seminars, and large client meetings.
6. Experience in a Startup Environment: Prior experience in a startup or in setting up a new business division would demonstrate adaptability and innovation.
7. Wide Professional Network: A robust network within the IT industry can be valuable for new client acquisition and partnerships.
8. Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a leadership role, even outside of sales, indicating the ability to manage and inspire teams.
9. Award-Winning Sales Performance: Recognition or awards for sales performance, though not essential, would speak to a high level of competence and achievement.

10. CRM Expertise: Advanced skills in using CRM software, particularly the one your company uses or plans to use, would be a plus for managing customer relationships effectively.

11. Project Management Skills: Skills in project management can be helpful in overseeing complex sales processes and ensuring timely delivery of services.

12. *Content Creation and Marketing Skills: Ability to create compelling sales and marketing content can be an added advantage in attracting and engaging potential clients.

Qualifications
1. A valid Driver's License and good driving record
2. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.

6. Reliable, on time, and committed to working 40 hours per week.
7. The ability to trouble-shoot and think critically, with attention to detail.
8. Must be able to travel, as needed in SE WI.
9. High school diploma or higher.
10. 3-5 years of IT sales experience
11. Working knowledge of MS Office.
12. Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, sales, interpersonal and presentation skills.
13. A self-motivated, tech savvy individual driven to succeed.

Work Schedule
Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education and/or Experience
3-5 Years of Sales Experience in IT Services. Associate degree or above required.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business

correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
