CompleteRx is Hiring a Marketing Analytics and Reporting Coordinator Near Atlanta, GA

CompleteRx is looking for a Marketing Analytics and Reporting Coordinator whois pivotal in measuring the effectiveness of marketing strategies and providing data-driven insights to optimize performance and help build the sales pipeline. We are seeking a self-starter with B2B marketing analytics and reporting experience, preferably in healthcare.

If you have a background in marketing automation and/or CRM sales, we have an opportunity for YOU! This is a remote position and candidates must be based in Atlanta, Georgia. Join our growing team!

Key Success Factors

  • Knowledge and understanding of the following platforms as it pertains to analytics and reporting: GA4, HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, Microsoft Excel, Definitive Healthcare, PowerBI, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate complex data in an understandable way.
  • Possess strong analytical skills.

What You Will Do

  • Data Collection: Aggregate data from various marketing channels including social media, website analytics, email campaigns, and paid ads.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing data to identify trends, successes, and areas needing improvement.
  • Custom Reporting: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for different marketing metrics that align with the company's goals.
  • ROI Analysis: Calculate the return on investment (ROI) and efficiency of different marketing campaigns.
  • KPI Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and customer engagement.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Sales Team, and Digital Marketing Agency to ensure cohesive data tracking and analysis.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, including the business development team and senior leadership.
  • Data Storytelling: Translate complex data findings into understandable, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Analytics Tools: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot Reports, or similar platforms to gather and analyze data.
  • Data Management: Manage and ensure the integrity of marketing databases (Hubspot CRM, Sales Hub, Definitive Healthcare, PowerBI).
  • Project Coordination: Manage analytics-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Process Improvement: Continually seek and implement improvements in data collection and analysis processes, this includes recommendations.
  • Data Privacy Compliance: Ensure all data collection and processing is compliant with relevant data privacy laws and best practices.
  • Training and Development: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in marketing analytics and reporting.

What You Will Need

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in analytics and reporting, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience utilizing data analysis tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
