All departments are responsible for preparing and fulfilling orders as necessary, helping in all areas of the department, maintaining a clean and functioning work area, and communicating diligently with coworkers and management.

Position: Embroidery Operator

An Embroidery Operator is responsible for operating one and six needle embroidery machines to customize products for customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review designs on USB created by Designer and upload them to the correct embroidery machine
• Identify correct products and personalizations based on order ticket
• Operate embroidery machine and troubleshoot machine errors
• Operate laser to cut out and engrave leatherette patches as needed
• Assist with packaging as needed
• Assist with designing as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures to safely operate machinery
• Ability to use computers and software to operate machines

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a production and/or warehouse environment preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending or stooping.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time.
• Visual acuity to read instructions and operate computers
