• Review, approve and post all vendor invoices to financial system after management review and approval
• Review, approve, and post all corporate credit card transactions to financial system after management approval
• Support generation and issuance of vendor purchase orders with proper project accounting information in the financial system
• Assist with monthly billing preparation for base contract and billable project activities, including the collection and packaging of customer's required backup documentation
• Setup or modification of project work orders in the financial system
• Prepare or support financial analysis as requested by Project Management or CBS Accounting team
• Support annual audit requests from the CBS Accounting team
• Perform additional finance and accounting assignments as directed by the Project Management or CBS Accounting team
• Research and respond to customer billing or vendor invoice inquiries

• Five (5) years of relevant project accounting experience preferred
• Four (4) year accounting degree or a minimum of fifteen (15) undergraduate accounting credit hours. In lieu of formal education, past work experience is strongly considered
• Intermediate to advanced office productivity software skills including experience with word processing, spreadsheet programs, and financial accounting software
• Knowledge of JD Edwards accounting software or Field Service Management software is a plus, but not required
• Attentive to details and can keep information well organized
• Team player with a willingness to help and support other team members regardless of your job title or description
• Ability to work independently, problem solve independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion
• Good verbal and written communication skills
