Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Psychometrics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, crisis management, and working with individuals being evaluated. As a Psychometrics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in collecting and analyzing data to support the assessment of individuals.

Duties:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and collect relevant data including behavioral observations
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality

- Perform accurate scoring of all assessments administered
- Collaborate with the neuropsychologist closely on every case

- The opportunity to assist the neuropsychologist with aspects of report writing

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field
- Current Licensed Psychological Associate [LPA license] - LPC considered
- Proficient in crisis management techniques
- Strong understanding of medical documentation and data collection
- No LPC-A considered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This position is a testing position with no supervision offered. The opportunity for travel within the state of Texas exists. Currently, there have been 1-2 cases a week in Irving. A typical day is 9 am until approximately 3 pm although times vary as every case is different. Pay is commensurate with experience. If any of this sounds promising, we encourage you to apply.
