Complete Landscape Solutions LLC is a full-service landscape company that specializes in the installation and maintenance of all types of greenery, including trees, shrubs, flowers, wildflowers, and herbaceous plants. We are looking for Crew Leaders that are passionate about their work and looking to grow their career in the landscape industry.

Job Description:

• Oversee crew members’ duties and ensure that all crew members are working as a team to complete tasks safely and efficiently
• Ensure that all work areas are maintained according to health and safety standards
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude with other crew members
• Maintain communication with management on any issues that arise from crew members or management
• Ensure all safety equipment is in good working order
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management

• Previous experience as a Crew Leader or similar role is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
