Duties:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Perform floor care duties, such as buffing, waxing, and polishing floors
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor

Requirements:
**Expected to pass a comprehensive background check, with no past criminal history**

- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to operate floor care machines, such as buffers and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
