East Coast Thrift has an immediate opening for a motivated and energetic Inventory Supervisor! You will be responsible for the day-to-day pricing and the production operations team. We are open Monday to Sunday 9am to 7pm. (Mon-Friday 8am - 430pm is a typical shift ) The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment while exhibiting outstanding leadership skills. No thrift experience necessary but the successful candidate will have experience in retail, team building and the ability to be a strong leader with a staff of 10 team members.

We have expansion plans for the area where opportunities for advancement exist due to our associate development programs. • Provide leadership for staff in all departments.
• Quality Control.
• Ability to coach and develop production team.
• Report directly to Store Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensures compliance with all East Coast Thrift policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Basic POS/computer knowledge
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience in management a must
• 18 years of age & older
