Complete Family Protection is a high-producing virtual life insurance agency and we want to grow. We service clients across 45 states.

We provide the system and you bring the determination to win! We are looking for leaders who can help us grow. We focus on providing life insurance solutions for a specific niche in the senior market. We use a proprietary and proven sales process that puts our sales team in front of high-intent prospects daily, with over 95% of sales happening on the first call. This is not a high-pressure sales system. We always do what’s right for the customer!

About the Role

Our Inside Sales Representative role is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of insurance sales, and even future management. We have a thorough training program for the success of our ISRs and will always look internally to promote our rockstars into other roles as we continue to expand.

What you will do

  • Hold appointments and help customers learn about and get approved for the right plan that fits their specific needs and budget.
  • Appointments will be either set by the customer directly onto your calendar, over text with your help, or by calling those who have requested information but haven’t been contacted yet.
  • Learn the complex, yet straightforward underwriting requirements and application process for each of our top insurance carriers.
  • With our proven system you should have no less than 100 appointments on your calendar weekly, and even up to 30 per day for those looking to skyrocket their income.

Preferred Requirements

  • Proven top performer in previous sales roles. You consistently achieved your quotas and were in the top 20% of your peers.
  • Grit, Stamina, and persistence despite facing rejection.
  • Effective written and oral communication, presentation, and story-telling skills
  • Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Ability to be assertive, and challenge others’ thought processes without being offensive
  • Ability to build instant rapport with prospects
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and memorize quickly

Pay Structure

  • Base Pay: Based on Experience.
  • Commissions: Expect to earn an additional $100k to $150k in commissions, but it's very possible to earn more. (The average rep earns around $120k in commissions)

Job Specifics

  • This is NOT a remote position. Our office is in Lehi, Utah
  • If you are not licensed, we will guide you through the process.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check in order to get an insurance license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay
