 ALL SHIFTS - WEEKENDS PART TIME

Responsibilities (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse:

·Daily documentation

·Transcribe physicians’ orders to MAR’s.

·Notify pharmacy of new orders.

·Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician

·Other duties as directed by charge nurse, director of nursing, and Administrator

Qualifications 

· Valid nursing license in NJ a must!

• Positive and energetic individual with creativity
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
