Job Type: Full time

Shift Type: 7-3

Responsibilities of the (RN) Unit Manager:

  • Excellent supervisory/managerial skills
  • Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
  • Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
  • Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.

Qualifications of the (RN) Unit Manager:

  • Experience as a Unit Manager in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting.
  • Have an active RN license in Connecticut.
  • Strong management skills.
