Full-Time (RN) Registered Nurse Educator

Responsibilities (RN) Registered Nurse Educator

·Providing professional and technical guidance to subordinate nursing staff and participates in all management functions of the nursing department.

·Plan, organize, develop, and direct all staff development educational programs throughout the facility.

·Providing learning opportunities that will enable all employees to gain knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to perform their assigned duties safely and effectively.

·Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

·Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications (RN) Registered Nurse Educator

·Ability to work independently or part of a group.

·Leadership Experience

• Experience as an Educator in a Clinical Setting: Long Term Care Preferred

·Communication Skills

·Computer knowledge.

·Previous Long Term Care Experience Required

License: 

·Must have an Active (RN) Registered Nurse license.
