Registered Nurse-RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• 2-3 years of long-term care experience is preferred
• Experience in using Point Click Care electronic medical charting is preferred
• Administer medication and perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, in accordance with resident’s care plan and within scope of practice.
• Accurately report and record residents’ condition and care including signs and symptoms which can be indicative of change.
• Perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
