NOW HIRING: HOUSEKEEPING DIRECTOR

Housekeeping Director Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure the quality of service.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and coordinate orders as necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
• Monitor and adhere to infection control policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.

 Housekeeping Director Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Director or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and sanitation procedures in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff from various departments.
