NOW HIRING: Director of Nursing (DON)

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee and coordinate nursing services and operations within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and quality care measures.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including nurses and nursing aides.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize resident outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Must have experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a long-term care setting.
