DirectorofNursing-Registered Nurse-RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Previous long-term care experience as a DirectorofNursing is preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience managing staff required.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care.
• Overseeing the implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration.
• Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures.
• Recruiting, training, and onboarding new nursing staff.
• Experience with subacute and long term care regulations
• Experience and knowledge of Point Click Care electronic medical record software
• Other duties as assigned by the Administrator.

• Schedule:  Full-time, on-call rotation, possible weekend(s)
