NOW HIRING: Registered Nurse RN Supervisor

Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Coordinating and supervising daily nursing activities in the healthcare facility.
• Assigning duties and responsibilities to nursing staff based on patient needs and staff capabilities.
• Conducting regular rounds to assess patient conditions and monitor the quality of care provided.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Providing guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring and training.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, protocols, and standards.
• Handling and resolving patient care issues or complaints promptly.
• Participating in the recruitment, hiring, and orientation of new nursing staff.
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to nursing staff.
• Managing staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and quality of care.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Overseeing infection control measures and promoting a safe healthcare environment.

Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Qualifications:

• RN License in NJ
• RN Supervisor experience in an LTC/SNF setting is preferred
• Serious applicants
