Housekeeping Aide
Responsibilities of a Housekeeping Aide:
Assists the housekeeping manager and department with necessary tasks to ensure residents needs are met.
- Follow housekeeping procedures.
- Placed soiled linens (facility or residents personal linen) in the washing machine.
- Fold or hang resident’s personal linen, transports and distributes resident personal linen to resident’s room.
- Hangs clothes in the closet and places clothes in drawers.
Follow all local, state and federal regulations as they pertain to the position.
Qualifications of a Housekeeping Aide:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Positive and energetic individual with creativity
- experience as a Housekeeping Aide in a facility preferred, not required.
Must be vaccinated or have a medical/religious exemption.
