Shift: Night

Responsibilities (RN) Registered Nurse Night Charge Nurse

· Administering treatments and documentation

· Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs

· Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs

· Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate

· Following security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential

· Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents

· All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) Night Charge Nurse

• Must have an active RN license in the state of MD
• RN experience in LTC/SNF preferred.
