Registered Nurse-RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
2-3 years of long-term care experience is preferred
Experience in using Point Click Care electronic medical charting is preferred
Administer medication and perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, in accordance with resident’s care plan and within scope of practice.
Accurately report and record residents’ condition and care including signs and symptoms which can be indicative of change.
Perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
