Now Hiring : Cook

Job / Shift Type : AM Cook every other weekend 40 hour 5 : 30am -1 : 30pm, PM Cook every other weekend 32 hour combination of 5 : 30am - 1 : 30pm / 12pm - 8pm

Responsibilities of Cook :

• Prepare food according to selected menus and approved recipes.
• Complete the preparation of all food items in a timely manner and assure that all foods meet required serving temperatures
• Comply with health, sanitation, safety, and food handling standards.
• Adhere to quality and cost containment standards.

Qualifications of Cook :

• Previous experience as a cook in a nursing and rehabilitation facility preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to operate institutional kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of quantity cooking.
