NOW HIRING: Dementia Recreation Aide

• Sun – Thurs and Tues – Sat hours are 9-5

Responsibilities of a Dementia Recreation Aide:

• Organizes and implements recreation programs designed for program participants living with dementia.
• Monitors program participants, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Works individually with participants to assist with activities and provides assistance (e.g., transferring, toileting, feeding).

Qualifications of a Dementia Recreation Aide:

• High school diploma
• Serious Applicants
• Outgoing, warm, and caring personality
• Demonstrates good listening and communication skills
• At least experience working in a long-term facility or with the Dementia Population
• Dementia knowledge preferred
