NOW HIRING: Full Time Housekeeping Director: The Housekeeping Director plays a vital role in ensuring the Long-Term Center provides a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for its residents, contributing to their overall quality of life and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Staff Management
• Cleaning and Maintenance Operations
• Infection Control and Health Standards
• Safety and Emergency Preparedness
• Quality Assurance and Inspections
• Communication and Collaboration
• Budget Management
• Training and Development

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing housekeeping or environmental services in a Long-Term Care facility.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as required
