Di e tar y Aide Qualifications & Responsibilities :

• Assists the di e tar y manager and department with necessary tasks to ensure residents di e tar y needs are met.
• Prepare meals under the supervision of a cook and / or Food Service Di r e c t or.
• Deliver food trucks to units at designated times.
• Di scard leftovers and take out garbage.
• Stock ingre di e nts and monitor inventory.
• Adheres to the facilities policies and procedures regar di ng the Compliance Program
• Follow all local, state and federal regulations as they pertain to the position
• High School Di ploma or equivalent.
• Positive and energetic in di vidual with creativity
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• E xperience as a di e tar y aide in a nursing home or rehabilitation facility.
