Responsibilities of an Admissions Director:

• Manage the admissions process from inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and their families.
• Conduct tours, provide information, and address inquiries to prospective residents and their families.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess potential residents' needs and determine the best care plan.
• Work closely with the administrative team to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources.

Admissions Director Qualifications:

• Proven experience in healthcare admissions or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
