About the Role

Complete Building Services is hiring a Building Maintenance Mechanic to take care of two buildings. You will spend four hours in Chantilly and four hours in Sterling, VA. This person will conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the system and associated equipment. Perform preventative and general maintenance at the two buildings. Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. 

Responsibilities include:

• Preventative maintenance on equipment, changing filters, grease bearings, etc.
• Light plumbing and electrical
• Building EMS system
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas and comply with all generally recognized safety procedures
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with building tenants and management

You Should Have

• Must be able to pass background check
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• CFC preferred 
• EMS experience
• Building operations knowledge (light plumbing, electrical, & HVAC)
• Five (5) years of building maintenance experience preferred
