Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to our service center.
• Listen to customers' concerns and understand their vehicle issues.
• Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs based on technicians' assessments.
• Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timeframes.
• Coordinate service appointments and keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure their complete satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle service history.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology.
