About the Job
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to join our dynamic team at Compleat KiDZ. The Recruiting Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring its smooth and efficient execution.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Recruiter to create engaging job descriptions and post openings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, ensuring alignment with hiring managers' availability and providing necessary logistics details.
  • Assist in reviewing resumes and applications, maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with HR to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless transition.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, such as job fairs and informational sessions.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Position Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (Associates Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred).
  • 2 years’ recruiting assistant/ coordinator experience (ABA Services or Medical Rehab field experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
