We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant.

Role Summary:

A Showroom Assistant plays a key role in assisting the sales team and clients to ensure a positive showroom experience. A Showroom Assistant requires a dynamic and customer-focused individual responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting sales staff & customers with product & order information, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

1. Greeting clients with a positive welcoming demeanor

2. Assist clients with product & order information.

3. Assisting sales staff with daily task

   1. Order follow up

   2. Quotation follow up

   3. Purchase order follow up

   4. Display maintenance

4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.

5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom environment, displays, and work station areas.

6. Assist with display updates in the showroom.

7. Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage.

8. Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, providing courteous and helpful responses.

9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

10. Stay up-to-date on company brands, procedures & processes.

11. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service, safety, and security.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work as a team player

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 40 pounds.

• Comfortable working in a retail environment with frequent customer interaction.
